What Happens If My Game Round Is Interrupted?

If your game round is interrupted, all game details and any placed bets will be saved until you reopen the game. You may resume your unfinished round from where it left off. Bets that remain unresolved in incomplete games will be voided after 90 days. Any malfunction voids all pays and plays.

Cluster wins occur when adjacent symbols connect horizontally or vertically, as outlined in the paytable and game rules. Wins from multiple clusters within the same round are combined. Prizes from features, bonus games, and any possible special symbols are added to your total cluster wins. Only the highest win is paid per winning symbol combination.

Payouts are made at the end of each game round. If you trigger a feature such as Free Spins, these are played using the same bet as the original round that started the feature. You cannot alter your bet while a game round is in progress. Winning combinations may begin from any position on the grid, as long as connected symbols are without gaps.

What Are the Main Rules for Playing Gigantoonz?

Gigantoonz, created by Play'n GO, is an 8x8 cascading slot game. The minimum bet is £0.20 and the maximum bet is £5.00. Here is how the main features and game mechanics work:

  • To achieve a win, you need to form clusters of 6 or more matching symbols. These clusters are then removed, and new symbols drop down to refill the grid. Cascades continue until there are no more winning combinations.
  • Mega symbols can appear on the grid in sizes ranging from 2x2 up to 7x7. Each has a cluster value, randomised up to 13, and counts as a single symbol for the purpose of creating winning combinations. Mega symbols that contribute to a win leave behind a Wild symbol. If a mega symbol cannot drop down fully, it is replaced by 1x1 symbols without cluster values.
  • If a round does not result in a win, between 5 and 10 Quantum Wilds can be added to the grid at random. Gargantoon Wilds are introduced through the Quantumeter. Wilds substitute for all symbols.
  • Each winning symbol contributes one charge to the Quantumeter; for mega symbols, their cluster value determines the number of charges. The Quantumeter has four levels and can hold up to 100 charges:
    • At 25 charges: Disintegration feature triggers.
    • At 50 charges: Metamorphosis feature triggers.
    • At 75 charges: Radiation feature triggers.
    • At 100 charges: Gargantoonz feature triggers.
  • When no more cascades occur, the feature for the achieved charge level will activate. The Quantumeter becomes inactive after all features have been played.
  • Disintegration: Removes all instances of four randomly chosen symbols from the grid.
  • Metamorphosis: Changes all symbols of one type—including mega symbols—into another symbol at random.
  • Radiation: Adds between none and four mega symbols, and randomly places two to five Quantum Wilds on the grid.
  • Gargantoonz: This two-step feature begins when no wins remain. First, all mega symbols transform into mega Gargantoonz (with a minimum of three appearing), along with two to four single-symbol (1x1) Gargantoonz. Mega Gargantoonz stay on the grid even after wins. In the next step, the mega Gargantoonz break into 1x1 Gargantoonz, which are then cleared through normal gameplay.
